The OSHC team are excited to tell you our two excursions for the December and January Vacation Care programs. On Wednesday 19th December we will be travelling to Casuarina BCC Cinemas to watch The Grinch (G). We will be travelling by bus to and from the cinemas. Please do not send your child with money on the day as we will provide snacks (popcorn, chips and lollies) for the children to enjoy whilst watching the movie.
The second excursion has been moved from Thursday 24th and will now be on Friday 25th January 2019. This time we will be travelling by bus to the Museum and Art Gallery of Northern Territory to experience turtle and fish feeding, all the exhibits and one new, limited time exhibition - Spiders! This fully immersive interactive exhibit will be one of the many we will experience. Please see Amy-Lee for more details. The consent form will be available early next week in the OSHC room for your convenience.

The P&F would really love some ongoing support in 2019:
As St Mary’s parents, you are all essentially part of our St Mary’s P&F and in 2019, we are going to embrace all of your skills and talents and ask you to think about how you can contribute to our vibrant school community.
We will be holding several events throughout the year and would appreciate everyone to be involved with at least one event as part of a working party, to help us continue to build our sense of community spirit that we are so proud of here at St Mary’s. Please don’t feel you have to stop at one! You can volunteer to be part of as many events as you would like to.

If you have a particular event that you would like to lead or assist with, please let us know. We have lots of prior experience / paperwork to get you started. We also have some particular committee roles to fill. If you think you could take up one of these roles and are able to attend a meeting once a month (from 5:30 – 6:30pm), please give this some consideration.
